TYRE RECYCLING

The material obtained from tyre recycling is increasingly used as a valuable raw material and its use contributes to the achievement of sustainable development.

MECHANICAL CRUSHING

Tyres are crushed at the plant entrance, thus ensuring the homogeneity of the input raw material and the quality of production.

SEPARATION

All non-rubber parts, such as cut steel wire and torn textile fibers found in automobile tyres, are separated from the crushed rubber.

FINAL PRODUCT

The main product of mechanical processing is rubber granulate of various fraction sizes, rubber powder, cut steel wire, and cut textile.

The Dimitrovgrad KEMOIMPEX GREEN company for collection, transport, storage, and processing of all types of waste car tyres was founded on April 25, 2017, and it is located in the Beleš Industrial Zone, which is part of the Pirot Free Zone.

The main activity of the company is the reuse of sorted materials.
